Last updated 21 October 2026

This policy explains what The KYRO Collective does with the details you give us when you sign up for early access on this site.

Who we are

The KYRO Collective is run by KYRO COLLECTIVE S.L, CL. CASTELLO, 8 - 28001 Madrid (Madrid). For anything about your data, email padel@kyro-collective.com.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number and country code, if you give them
  • Whether you're a player, coach, club or something else
  • How you'd like us to contact you: email, SMS and/or WhatsApp

How we use it

We use your details to send you early-bird access, launch discounts and first offers from KYRO, through the channels you chose. We don't sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it for us

Sign-ups are stored in Klaviyo, the platform we use to send email, SMS and WhatsApp messages. Klaviyo processes your details on our behalf and only as we instruct.

Klaviyo is based in the United States, so your details may be transferred outside the UK and EU. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which parts of the site people use. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to two years. Google may process this data in the United States.

These cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

We also save your language and cookie choices in your browser so the site remembers them. These aren't used to track you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or for a copy of them. To stop hearing from us, use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email us at padel@kyro-collective.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In Spain that's the AEPD, and in the UK it's the ICO.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll email you.
